Metamorphosia
A creative transformation process
ImagineYour previous experience with work and project management would be completely turned upside down. Instead of to-do lists and work plans, you would consult your inner oracle at the altar of your femininity and effortlessly complete the tasks that arise. You would create space for beauty, joy, music, and movement. Your heart would be open, and you would start each morning full of anticipation.
Impossible? Yes, but only as long as you remain energetically entrenched in the old paradigm! The paradigm that touts linear structure, performance, effort, and sales funnels as the only paths to success. The one that tells you that feminine qualities are all well and good, but not when there's real work to be done.
In reality, all signs point to change, and many in the workplace have already realized that there are other factors that foster creativity and achieve better results. Enjoyment and non-linear work methods are already part of the business equation in modern companies. And yet, for many people, it still feels difficult and often exhausting. Whether we work a regular nine-to-five job or are self-employed creatives, at a certain point it becomes hard to maintain our ideal of a smooth, organic flow in reality.
We all know those moments when everything "goes smoothly". Unfortunately, they're like a unicorn: totally magical, but sadly also quite rare.
But what if unicorns weren't rare at all, but we had simply forgotten how to attract them?
Then it would only be a matter of remembering and embodying this knowledge in order to be surrounded by magical unicorns once again.
The same applies to our creative work process and the realization of our dream vision of a completely different paradigm of creation.
We have simply forgotten what it feels like to exist on other frequency levels because old trauma, ingrained beliefs, and socialization within the rigid performance structures of a patriarchal world still hold us back.
Let us now remember our magic and the possibility of creative quantum leaps!
In this time of collective transformation, memories and longings are beginning to resurface within us. Magical women have long sensed that there are easier ways to harness our natural abilities and feminine energy to permanently invite joy and vitality into our creative process.
However, the current state of affairs allows us to achieve changes very quickly, if we know what concrete possibilities exist.
We designed this course based on our own experience as creative entrepreneurs, because we know exactly how frustrating and lonely it can be when we want to create something new without real support.
Metamorphosia helps you to embody your innermost potential and radiate beauty into the world.

We provide space for your creative transformation process.
Katharina Mann
Healing artist, creative revolutionary
Katharina is a naturopathic practitioner with her own practice for women's health in Berlin-Schöneberg. For over 20 years, she has researched energy flow in the body and, through her extensive experience, can sense and harmonize energy and blockages through touch. Her profound knowledge of naturopathy, bodywork, and femininity makes her a thoughtful guide in the field of female energetics. She is an expert in female embodiment and continuously explores the topics of energetics, health, and spirituality to offer a truly holistic perspective.
Katharina's special talent is to identify the essential developmental points of each person, so that a rapid concentration on the essentials becomes possible and unnecessary baggage can be let go.
Katharina has hosted two successful online conferences and can therefore support you with specific technical questions about many common online tools (YouTube, Zoom, Canva, Squarespace, Ionos Webhosting, Kit, AWS, Calendly, etc.).
Judith Frische
Creative magician, yoga fairy
Judith is an artist, graphic designer, photographer, and yoga teacher with her own house project, the "Wyrd Studios," in Essen Frohnhausen. There you'll find not only her own studio, but also spaces for self-discovery and expression in the areas of yoga and embodiment, sound and voice, pottery, and all sorts of other crafts.
At the beginning of her self-employment (2016) as a graphic designer and photographer, she realized that it is not enough to be an expert in the field, but that it is equally important to create space for oneself and one's clients so that all the great ideas and visions are actually implemented – in such a way that even the journey itself, with all its challenges, brings fulfillment and flows smoothly.
Her path led her first to yoga, and two yoga teacher trainings later, also to working with her own voice and sound, creative rituals and ceremonies, as well as building a heartfelt community and networking with like-minded creative leaders. Today, she is an expert at bringing herself and others into their authentic energy and communicating this visually. Judith possesses a wide range of skills that allow her to handle everything herself, from logo and corporate design to photography, print materials, and website, ensuring a consistent look.
Let 2025 be your year of transformation!
Creativity requires courage, because it is an expression of our unbridled vitality!
Are you ready for this?! Still...
